Twelfth project meeting

The final project meeting in Příbram took place from 9 to 12 May 2017. On 10 May a short conference was held at Waldorf School to evaluate the results and outputs of our project. In the last three years we had an opportunity to exchange experience, transfer innovations and realize 60 mobilities from both participating countries. In the afternoon, we visited Czech Barn, which is a sort of a museum. We saw an exhibition related to old Czech tales and legends. Our guide was Father Czech who presented our history to Dutch partners. This interesting exhibition is presented on large paintings and figures. During a creative workshop in the Kindergarten Klubíčko, everybody created a heart which symbolises our three-year long cooperation, personal contacts and new friendship.  We firmly believe that these symbols will last even after the end of the project. At the end of the day we visited the Kindergarten Bratří Čapků, especially their beautiful natural garden. Significant material in this garden is wood which matches well with the green surroundings. Local children can play using a lot of playing areas including a pirate boat, practice theatre plays in a mini amphitheatre, grill under a wooden roof or walk barefoot on a tactile footway.

The following day was also full if interesting activities. In the morning there was an artephiletic workshop in the Kindergarten Klubíčko, the topic was a colourful meeting. The first part of the workshop was an imagination. The participants were told a story about colours. According to the story they should have painted their feelings and imaginations. After that all paintings were put together on a big piece of paper so that a big common piece of art could have come into existence. The project meeting was concluded by a final dinner in Šalanda.
